The role of a commercial property owner and Landlords as a PCBU
· The duty to consult and co-operate with other PCBU’s particularly contractors who are engaged to carry out work on the property but also other PCBU’s who may own a share of the property
· Duties of officers
· Duties of workers
· Duty to engage with workers ( this is depended on whether or not the PCBU has workers)
· Understanding obligations when dealing with Asbestos or asbestos containing material (ACM)
