Kris has had experience in many varied areas of finance beginning in consumer finance where he was responsible for a team that was lending over $40m per month to over 3,000 customers of predominantly unsecured credit. Kris project managed initiatives that had been employed overseas, which were light years ahead of the NZ market at that time which he still uses today when searching for new and innovative financing techniques. From here it made sense to make a natural transition into non-bank lending to combine his long-term interest in property investment with innovative techniques of financing property. Kris joined the market leading non-bank lender who had introduced products such as 100% lending and low-doc loans into the NZ mortgage landscape.
