We're having a get together with our members and looking at ideas from the experts and the group on how to and fix some of these situations. Did you buy an apartment and it's not working out. Did you buy a section and can not sell it. Banks are not letting you move on. Heaps of deals out there but you can not get the funding. Tenants not paying rent, empty homes? The only stupid question is the one you did not ask.

We have a wealth of knowledge in our Association to assist you. On the night you can get answers from experts that could normally cost you $$$$ for FREE. Some of our experts on the night will be Fenton Peterken who can help you with a range of accounting, finance and tax issues. Ian Reeves brings a wealth of legal knowledge to the table and Philip Rakena from ANZ is there to help you with your finance questions. These are only some of the people who are there to assist you. We also have wealth of knowledge in the group of people who have been in similar situations who are willing to share their stories of how they have turned things around and made them work.

Our association is even more important during these times, there will have been very few investors who have not been affected in some way by the current global economic times and we are here to help each other through this and to celebrate together when we come out the other side!
