We're having a get together with our members and looking at ideas from the experts and the group on how to and fix some of these situations. Did you buy an apartment and it's not working out. Did you buy a section and can not sell it. Banks are not letting you move on. Heaps of deals out there but you can not get the funding. Tenants not paying rent, empty homes? The only stupid question is the one you did not ask.

Jeff Montgomery is a landlord with 14 years experience, a judge in the Landlord of the Year Award, and a Bed and Breakfast operator. The rest of the time he is the national Client and Weathertight Services Manager at the Department of Building and Housing. He is guest speaker on Wednesday 31 March. Doors open 7 pm.

Last month I wrote about investing criteria. So how do you work out what your criteria should be? I wish that I could give you a simple way to work this out but I can?t. There are few hard and fast rules that can assist you, as so much of your criteria will come from your particular situation, your finances and your goals.
